Tell LeadSwarm a vertical and a location. It queries Google Ads, Local Maps and organic results through SerpAPI and merges them into one prospect per business.
Prospecting, but with receipts
LeadSwarm finds businesses, enriches what matters (contact details + website signals), and scores who to contact first. You spend your time on outreach, not tabs.
25 searches and 50 website checks a month on the free plan. No card.
Tell LeadSwarm a vertical and a location. It queries Google Ads, Local Maps and organic results through SerpAPI and merges them into one prospect per business.
Each business's public website is fetched once and read for platform, tracking tags, a booking flow and published contact details.
Fit, Opportunity and a weighted Priority, computed from those signals. Deterministic arithmetic, and the notes tell you which signals produced the number.
If a site cannot be fetched, LeadSwarm records the signal as unknown and says so. It never counts “we could not look” as “they do not have it”, and an unknown never raises an opportunity score.

A search is one discovery run. A website check is one site fetched and analysed. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Picking a paid plan takes you to sign-up and then to Usage & billing, where the plan is confirmed and payment is taken on Stripe's own hosted checkout — your card details never reach us. Change or cancel at any time from the same screen.
The listed amount is the total you pay, worldwide. The seller is not registered for GST, so no GST is added today. If that changes we will give 30 days' notice by email before it affects you.
No. LeadSwarm is a discovery and qualification engine. It finds businesses through search results, reads the websites those businesses publish, and ranks them. It does not buy, sell or resell contact lists, and it does not enrich anything from a data broker.
A free account, with no card and no countdown: 25 searches and 50 website checks a month, plus scoring, the pipeline, tags, follow-ups and CSV/JSON export. It does not expire, and it does not turn into a paid plan on its own. Paid plans start at A$19 a month when you want more volume.
It drafts them from the signals it found, by filling a template you can edit. There is no language model behind it — the wording is composed by rules, which is why the same prospect always produces the same draft. LeadSwarm never sends anything. You copy the draft into your own mail client and send it yourself.
They are deterministic arithmetic over observable signals, not a prediction. Treat 65 as a band, not a measurement. Every score comes with the notes that produced it, so you can disagree with it on the evidence.
Yes. Searches run wherever the search provider returns local-services results, and the product is sold worldwide in Australian dollars. The workflow is built around English-language, local-services style searches, so that is where it performs best.
Cancel at any time and you are not billed again; the plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not routinely pro-rate a partly used month. If the service is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that we cannot and do not exclude — email support@leadswarm.io and we will sort it out.
Yes, from Settings → Account, without asking us. Closing an account cancels the subscription and permanently erases the workspace: your account row, searches, prospects, campaigns, jobs, tags, outreach drafts, templates and history. It cannot be undone, so export first — the same screen gives you a JSON copy of everything held about you.

Sales questions, billing, bug reports, refunds and privacy requests all go to the same address, and a human reads it.
